CreativoGrear is a print on demand store, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if your ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
You could try to contact us immediately within the first 30min after placing your order to see if we could stop it; But once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no cancel it. of If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, CreativoGear is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information from your order.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your CreativoGear Balance, which later will automatically cover the production and shipping costs of new orders or it can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from anytime.
Yes, during the checkout process our platform will allow you to create an account. This will allow you, no only to comeback to our site as a regular customer, but also will allow you to track your orders.

There are 3 reasons you may not have received tracking information.
Reason 1 – Your item may be shipping from one of our UK providers. UK providers don’t provide tracking numbers.
Reason 2 – Your order might still be in production. If it is a holiday time our providers might be experiencing higher demand than usual and items may be taking longer to create. Your tracking information should be available soon.
Reason 3 – If it has been longer than 6 days since you have submitted your order and tracking information hasn’t become available. There may be issues with your order.
